I have a Pentax K2 which has developed a shutter release issue. With the K2 you are supposed to be able to activate the light meter by slightly depressing the shutter button and when the film advance lever is in the ready position the button will stay down slight leaving the meter on. On my camera you now have to press the shutter button so deeply to activate the meter that it's very easy to accidently release the shutter. And, the meter does not come on in the ready position.

The meter seems to work properly. Seems to be a mechanical issue. Is this repairable? Any suggestions?
