Thank you, your good wishes are much appreciated - like all of the helpful advice to be found here.Oddly enough, the thread (is that the right technical term?) I was reading just before I came to yours, was about the virtues of Alcohol...No doubt it was that, that made me decide to do some research on the qualities of the Alcohol in a bottle of Late-bottled Vintage Port!
