Hi everyone,

Looking for some tips here. I managed to pick up a cheap Bushnell lens (200mm telephoto), but the reason I got it so cheap was because the focusing ring on it is loose.

That's to say, it jiggles up and down. If I hold it "down", towards the end of the lens, it will rotate fine, but when I just hold it normally, it sounds like it's coming off of the threads, and I hear a grinding noise, probably from dirt.

This isn't a major problem, but I was just wondering if anyone had any idea what I can do. Everything I've seen has been about tightening the actual focusing ring, but this is more for the grip.

I'm gonna pull it apart when I get some time, but I'm not sure what route to take. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
