Hello everyone!

I recently acquired a Minolta A5 in poor (mechanical) condition. I managed to fix the shutter and the film advance lever but I'm having trouble with the iris diaphragm. I can't turn the aperture ring. It was working fine before I removed the Rokkor lens (the iris is now stuck at 2.8).

Any suggestions?

So I'm no further into this. I just can't figure out how to get to the parts behind the shutter and the iris.
