I just picked up a Canon AE1 Program that has the mirror damper foam missing. My question is, is the foam strip all one piece or two pieces? (one on each side of the clip) I have replaced the mirror foam on my AE1 before but this (AE1 Program) looks slightly different..........thanks.

Hello Meade
The Mirror buffer on the AE-1 Program is in two parts, there should be a gap in the middle, that will allow you to drop the focussing screen down.
Hope this helps.
