How do I get the top off of the camera? The cocking lever is jammed and I would like to see what is jamming it. I am mechanically inclined. Is there any schematics for this model. Thanks, Robert
Search the archives, you will find all you need in there! There is even specific mention to your jammed cocking lever. Just click on the 'search' on upper right and use the keyword section with Exa 500 as subject - I think the info starts from 2008.
The following is not aimed at Muddog in particular, but at all people who post cries of help without first exploring the extensive archives. There is rarely anything really new in this game and invariably somebody will have 'been there, done that' in the distant past and reported same.
