The capacitor 22 of mfd and 16 v. Is ok to minolta x300 s? The 16 v are excesive?

The 16V wouldn't be a problem - as long as the capacitor fits in place.
I assume that you want to replace the capacitor for the shutter release (under the base plate, near the winder contacts). As far as I know, this capacitor is 150 mfd, so 22 mfd probably won't be enough.
