Hi forum!

Hopefully someone here can shed some light on a couple of question I have.

Firstly I cleaned a Agfa Isolette shutter and lens (Apotar) and got it working again. I reset the focus and infinity is fine but on my test roll, the focus seems to be a bit off the focus scale. I measured distances taking my test shots and focus seems to be in front or behind the object depending on the distance.
Could this be a result of putting one of the lenses in the wrong way round? I can't rememeber but I think the front and rear only go in one way but the middle can go either way? What would the effect be of putting one the wrong way round?

Thanks!
