Hello, I'm new here but this seems like a good place to check for help. I tried a forum search on this and it gave me a lot of posts not related to this issue/item.

I have the 80-200mm 2.8 lens and yesterday during a shoot the zoom ring locked up at ~84mm. It will only move by about 2mm or so and is thoroughly jammed. I do not hear any rattling and cannot see any debris when looking through the lens, it still functions perfectly when shooting. Switching between AF/MF modes will not affect anything either.

I was wondering if anyone had experience on this or preferably knows of somewhere to get a service manual for this thing so I can take it apart myself.

Thanks for reading,
~t
