I have been given a Rolleicord that is in great condition except that it is missing the film spool/rewind knob. Is there a site that sells old parts?

Make sure first which type Rolleicord you have, there are many !

Also you write about a rewind knob. Normally with 120 type rollfilm you don't need a rewind knob.
Is there maybe an adapter for 135 film cartridges (Rolleikin) installed on your Rolleicord ?

Thanks for the replies. Going by the serial number on the camera which is 1170716, I'm assuming that is makes it a Rolleicord III. After more research, I believe it simply a spool knob that I am looking for.

I have most Rollei parts available. Please PM me if you still need the spool knob.
Thanks.
