I am new to forums but I have a Kodak 8mm Brownie camcorder that I would love to be able to actually use but I am not sure if it works or how to have it repaired if it does not work. I also need film for it. Can someone provide me information on where to get film and how to or where to get it in working condition?

First, it is a movie camera. A camcorder is an electronic something else.

How to use it? Simple. You wind it up with the "key" on the side and press the button on the front. There is a sliding "button" on the side to open the camera.

Instruction manual may be available on the butkus website. Film is available at Chambless Cine website.

You are correct it is a movie camera, I apologize. I really appreciate your assistance.
