Hi,all. The meter needle of one of my srt101s has an irritating fault in that it behaves irratically when focussing or changing the aperture/shutter speed, and will only rest at its correct position when the lens is set at infinity. Even just touching the focussing ring sends the needle upwards. I presume this must be some sort of electrical fault, any suggestions for fixing this would be most welcome. Cheers.

Are you sure the aperture follower needle in moving up and down freely and not catching the meter needle?
