My Match-matic aperture ring spins freely and doesn't move the aperture. I can use the knurled edge to adjust the aperture, and can see the diameter change so I know it functions. When I align the ring markings to the red dots on the lens, and tighten the set screws it becomes stuck. I can't turn the ring at all. I've rotated the ring and reset the screws, thinking maybe it's a bit warped, but that didn't help. thanks for any help you can give, -N |
