I need to remove the adjustment dial so that I can re-attach one of the wires and also stabilize the adjustment dial. I can't seem to figure out how this dial comes apart, and I can't seem to find exploded illustration showing how it's put together. I checked the archives and did a google search to no avail. Any ideas. Pics are attached
