Can anyone tell me why the shutter speeds are the same on allsettings (seller failed to mention)burn,,,,,can you repair shutter speeds and what causes it to fire the same on all settings ,,help appappreciated,,sean

G'day Sean,

The retard gear train will be stuck so it never contacts the main lever assembly, that's the ring you set to cock the shutter. The gear train will need cleaning in solvent probably.
