Hi all,

I would appreciate some help with fixing a Nikon FE. The symptoms are as follows.

- Sometimes the shutter fires when advancing the film (i.e. while pushing the film advance lever).
- Sometimes the shutter fires when pressing the depth of field preview button.
- When in M90 mode, the shutter/mirror sometimes gets stuck after firing. This is fixed by moving the shutter speed dial though.

This camera hasn't been used in a few years. I've already cleaned it (without disassembling) and sprayed electrical contact cleaner into it.

Does anybody have any ideas what may cause the symptoms?

Thanks,

Lars
