I picked up a Koni Omega Rapid M at a camera sale yesterday. It seems to be in good working condition except for one problem. The front half of the interchangeable back cannot be removed from the camera. When I turn the lock release on the front of the camera to its horizontal position, I can feel the back loosen slightly but it will not come out. I do not want to force it, but can't figure out what is still holding it in. I checked the manual and there doesn't seem to be any other locks on the front half of the film back. The film holder itself does come of, so the camera should still be usable. Suggestions welcome.

I discovered that there is a metal tab at the left side of the film magazine (facing the back of the camera) that is supposed to fit under a spring loaded flange. The tab was actualy jammed against the flange, which prevented it from being removed. Careful coaxing eventually removed it. Now it attaches and removes properly.
