Hi, First post. Forum looks great. I recently purchased a Minolta AL with the citizen shutter. Every things works pretty good accept that the shutter only fires at about 500th of second and the B setting works. No matter what shutter speed it fires off at the 500th speed. This camera has been sitting a while and I am told that the shutter is gummed up and needs to be cleaned and maybe lubed to get it working and the speed will fall in to place. I am new to camera repair but would like to give it a go. Any and all information appreciated. Repair manuals and sage advice will be greatly appreciated. The AL is a great heavy early auto range finder I believe.
