i was fortunate to find this rollei A110. it used discontinued V 27 PX 5.6 volt mercury battery. after searching their does,nt seem to be a exact 5.6 volt replacement only new 6 volt. i read in my search on internet someone was concerned that the 6 volt battery would throw off f-stops by 2. anyone confirm or dismiss this concern. i hate due to expense use a battery adapter just to test out rollei if i don,t have too. Thanks James

I've been using the 6V battery with no problems.

I swapped out the germanium diode for a silicon signal diode and got a voltga drop of roughly the 0.4V it needs. Others report that with CN film it really doesn't make much difference with battery you use.
