The past few rolls of film I ran through a Zeiss Contina III caused me some pain. Apparently, while advancing the film, the film release button seems to engage itself and although the shutter cocks and fires, the film stays in its initial position and it doesn't advance. As a result, I've had films that had either half of the frames exposed or none at all.
