Does anyone have experience in replacing the bellow to a Kodak Retina IIa. Mechanically the camera works good-it's the bellows is in poor shape. I do have another Retina for parts. I read on line that the Retina are great camera. I also own another working Retina II (without the "a")and just purchased and testing an Agfa Karat 36.

The back of the bellows is just glued in place. I don't know about the front side as I never had to deal with it.
