Does anyone have any idea where to obtain a new seal for the loading door? I just found the camera among unpacked boxes from my folks estate. I remember that my dad got great pics with it. It also needs a new cover and battery, any ideas?

Seals: Best are from Jon Goodman who is an active member here. Look for interslice on Ebay or find his contact address here:
https://kyp.hauslendale.com/classics/sealreplacement.html

Cover (leatherette?) Try the following:
http://www.cameraleather.com/canonet/
They have precut sets for the Canonet
Battery: There are Wein Cells in the right size available (PX-625)
An instruction manual can be found here:
https://kyp.hauslendale.com/classics/instructionmanuals.html

Hope it helps

Don't know about a case - they were made of a very poor material, all of them look just as bad as yours.
