I have a problem with an om2n. Set in manual all the shutter speeds are the same after 60th of a second.

I tested this using my CRT screen and It is not getting any faster than 60th. Slower seems ok

I don’t have a lens to test it but in Auto mode they all seem the same also.

If I remember correctly, you have to have a lens on the camera and film loaded. Try that and let me know if you need further help. Art www.flcamerarepair.com
