Hi, I just got a Rollei 35 German made.
But its shutter is not responding, rather it seems at the same speed including B. The lens and aperature blades are clean and no signs of oil.
Need some help.
Thanks

The top needs to come off so you can get at the gears. You will need to make a little tool to get the rollei screws off without marring them. As the German models are more sought after and are still somewhat valuable if otherwise still in good nick you might consider getting it done.

Thanks. Do you have other links show how to remove the top?

sorry, no. The only difficult part is getting the screws off (and back on) without marring them.
The sprocket release needs to be coaxed out past a spring and worse, back in. You need a steady hand and some good thin nosed pliers for that.
When you have everything off, do not hold the camera upside down this will cause the advance to drop out and it is a bit of a pain to set the cogwheels back in again so the advance works. After the top is off put the advance lever back on so you can cycle the mechanism easily.

There is a Rollei 35 service manual that might be helpful at:
http://rapidshare.com/files/26058675/Rollei_35_Service_Manual.pdf.html

You don't need an account with rapidshare if you use the free user option which is slower.
