I'm tinkering on a jammed, old, Yashica Pentamatic S. One of the issues is a broken reflex mirror. The glass is 1.13mm thick. I have a front surface mirror from a Polaroid that measure 1.25mm. Is there a way to compensate for the difference?

Yes, install the mirror and then set the camera to inf. and adjust the thru-the-VF focus by varying the distance of the mirror to the Vf screen (usually can be done on the mirror stop itself or the VF screen.
