A few months back I bought a very tatty looking shutter from eBay. It was cheap and I thought I could have some fun and gain some experience working on these older shutters. It was advertised as working, but I never believe that and fully expect to perform a full CLA to make them go properly. I was a bit surprised however when I found that there were NO shutter blades fitted. I wonder what testing methods were used to make the seller believe that it was working.

Has anyone has a photo of the shutter blades on this. As far as I can determine its an Acme Ilex No 1. 5 shutter Blades. I would like to attempt to make them, just for fun of course.

Cheers
Greg
