I just got an Olympus 35 RC off eBay and the shutter release button isn't functioning, the film advance lever seems to be locked, and the button on the bottom of the camera is stuck down. It's like someone shot a photo, and then all the buttons stuck down and never reset to take the next photo. Does anyone have any idea how I could possibly go about fixing it, or should I just give up and buy another one?

I have one like that. I put a cable release on it, pulled up the shooting button by pulling on the cable release and it advanced again. Still haven't gotten around to fixing it. Just wanted to see if it was working. Guessing some degreaser will get it moving smoothly again.

Maybe this will work for yours.
