My shutter does not work. I tried to remove the top to clean it and I cannot get to the screw underneath the asa wheel need help.

I removed the top but I am stumped here. My shutter is closed and does not respond when pushing the buttom I don't know what too look at next?

I'm guessing you tried a fresh battery first, installed in the proper direction and cleaned the contact points before assuming the shutter needed fixing. Also, on these, the on/off switch goes bad or needs cleaning. That would make it act like you say.

You say the shutter is closed. Does that mean the mirror is up? Does the advance wind or is it jammed?
