I just bought a Mamiya 23 Standard press camera that came with a 90mm 3.5 lens.

The lens aperture control will not move. It is set at 3.5. Any idea what is wrong? How can I fix it?

It should move freely Jim, as mine does. It probably needs cleaning. A complete CLA is often a good idea for a lens that old.
