The painted plate about the size of 1cm x 1cm falling out when I removed the Lynx 14 top cover. It needs to be glued on certain surface. I just cannot figure where to put it back. Can someone please advise me? (photos attached)

I am pretty sure that plate usually sits inside the meter, with index marks for correct, and half (?) a stop over/under exposure, it was differently coloured in different batches of Lynxes.
