Hi, all -
I've been working on a film advance issue with an early Yashica-Mat (non-124). In my zeal to get started, I inadvertantly removed the wide brass screw that holds the counter adjustment in place. Well, the camera's back in service, but the counter doesn't reset all the way to the "S" when the back's opened. As a result, the first frame is cut in half-ish on each roll.
Ideas? Spring to preload under the counter?

Ok - got it. Opened up the side, and this is how things looked initially (counter lock screw removed already):

I removed the counter lock screw and the counter disk, and set the detent disk to the begninning:

Then, I installed the counter disk and loosely installed the screw. Using a pin inserted into the spring attachment point, I rotated the brass spring-loaded insert clockwise about 3/4 of a turn to 9:00:

Then I tightened down the screw completely, and everything lines up perfectly.
