About the best you can do is clean the grunge off it to make it a nice shelf queen, as you can't get film for it anymore. That said, some folks have gone through the trouble of converting these to 4x5 sheet film, though usually on the higher end models, like the 110, 110A, 110B. Then, you could use Fuji instant film until the Impossible Project folks get around to making 4x5 stuff again.
Of course, the first steps to take in any restoration is to assess the condition of the camera. How dirty is it? Is it rusty? Is it in working condition? Are the coverings intact? Having been in a basement, is there a lot of fungus and mold present? Are the bellows light tight? Can you open the back easily? Is the inside clean? Is there much corrosion from the film chemicals? Are the rollers pitted?
Lot of things to think about.
