Could be nearly impossible to obtain! It may be worth the effort to make one. According to the Canon factory service manual the maximum height of the aperture correction pin for the 55mm F1.2 lens is 8.38 +/- 0.1mm

THANK YOU Gez! With your dimensions, I can make one.

As you note it is not only nearly impossible to find, it's also apparently made of unobtanium.

My lens has been useful by inserting a small piece of plastic into the body mount and it depresses the aperture signal arm fully, thus informing the camera of the maximum aperture. It's 'dumb' but it works.

I realized I never posted back here with the solution.

Using Gez's advice, I made a new aperture signal pin from brass, then aluminum. The 8.38mm figure offered for the height of this pin is correct with one clarification.

The pin height is measured from the lens mount seat. This is the portion of the lens that would actually contact the camera body lens mount. To obtain the correct size, one must subtract from the figure given the distance from this point to the top of the mounting surface on which the pin rests.

It isn't intuitive until you measure from the depressed sensor lever in the body. You'll see a pin of the stated length would prevent a lens from being mounted.
