Sorry to be the one to pop your balloon here, but this is an exercise in futility. The chances that someone has this--that they had a good 58mm lens that got dropped on its bottom or some such--is pretty close to zero.
I'd like to have one of these lenses myself, and have been watching auctions for them on eBay. They often go for less than $US50, though some go much higher, so I'd probably start looking there. (Sometimes there are some available for parts there, but not just the front element.) |
