I was at the antique shop yesterday and found a Deitz 35-75mm Macro zoom for my AE-1, seems like a good lens and for $20 I picked it up, along with a copy of the Beatles White Album for $10 :D I tried a google search for Deitz lenses but did not come up with much so I was wondering if anyone had some more info on them.

Another "Brand X" lens from Japan possibly made by Sun Optical or any of the other dozen or so lens makers who will build them and put any name you want on them. Obviously trying to sound like Leitz.
