I just picked up a very nice Minolta SRt100 body and almost perfect ready case from Goodwill today for $20. It has no lens though, so the question is I know the MC lenses well work but well a MD lens work as well? I ask because Pacific Rim Camera here locally has quite a few MD lenses but only a couple MC's, they have a nice looking 50/1.7 MD Rokkor-x for $25.

Yes. MD only has an extra tab to grab another tab for Program mode on X700 and similar cameras. No compatibility problem.

However, if you buy one from me, not only is it Mint condition, the price is $20. (+ actual shipping). PayPal or money order.

I went down to pacific rim camera today and got a lens, they actually just got in a Rokkor-PF 50 1:1.7 in and since he has about a two foot long stack of 55mm skylight filters he tossed one in as well for $25. That place is too much fun, I always have to make sure to keep my hands in my pockets :D , they had a baby Rolieflex there, the one that takes 127, that was a neat little camera.
