This is the first one I've ever seen with an intact 645 film mask. Does anyone know how to get it out without damaging it?

Here is a online Manual for the Bessa RF - in German but with pictures.

The "Kleinbildmaske" (645 mask) just slides in as you can see here:

THe instruction say: You slide it in on the one side then bend it so that it curves but not folds and slide it in on the other side as shown in Abb. 15 (pic. 15)
Removal is not mentioned but should be the other way round.
If you need further help with the translation let me know.
