You must be more specific and explain just what happened to your lens. Give as much information as you can, which lens is it? Describe items that unscrewed/'fell off' if you do not know the technical terms. Note that a lens does not have a 'top', it has a front and back or front element/front group and rear element, mount and focus helical/helix.

At the moment I am assuming that you unscrewed the front elements out of the helix/mount assembly and have not managed to get them back correctly. This would explain the focus problem but what is getting jammed - the aperture setting or the focus?

Only with a full description will somebody be able to help you solve the problem.
