I picked up a Rolliecord I Type 1 (the art deco 'Cord). Besides the mirror needing replaced and the shutter needing cleaned, the one problem that needs corrected is with the winding knob. The knob is spring loaded so you pull it out to remove the film spool and the winding mechanism should retract back into the body.

The problem is the mechanism does not retract far enough to engage the spool. Has anyone taken the winding knob apart? How does it come apart? There are no visible screws. Any help or diagrams would be helpful.
