Recently went to the beach. Now my camera's mirror is jammed shut. Doesn't have any scratches or sand near the insides. Has fresh batteries and still the mirror is jammed shut. The viewfinder is totally dark. It doesn't have any goo on the pad that attaches to the mirror, but it won't reset and come down. What else can i do???

Open film door and CAREFULLY attempt to advance the film sprocket to complete the cycle. Do NOT force it, if it will not move, stop.

If this does not work, post a reply.

Also, verify that you have voltage (display in viewfinder, battery check, etc.)
