How do you do vertical adjustment on a Hi-Matic F?

I have a mint example but the vertical adjustment is slightly off.

I do not remember exactly but I think there is a tiny screw besides the pivoting mirror to regulate the vertical alignement . The screw head is visible fom the top. This scew is often secured with a glue and very fix! You might loosen it with a small amount of acetone (be carefull).

As far as I remember it is fiddly to do a perfekt vertical alignment and one has to live with a minimal displacement. So it it is not too much at your F you should make up your mind if you can live with it.
