I'm almost certain it's a Canon part, but have no idea which model. The construction is very similar to the grip for the Canon A-1 and AE-1 P, except the shape of this one is different, of course.

I think it's from a Pentax Super Program.

It certainly hasn't seen the inside of a Canon factory, that's for sure.
