Hi all,

I recently dropped my Canonet, and now the shutter won't go wider than f/4. That is, if I set it at anything above f/4, the aperture will go that wide, but when I press the shutter, the aperture will go to f/4 before taking the picture.

Might there be an easy/moderate fix for this, or should I just sell it for parts?

Thanks all

If you decide to sell it, I am in need of a good front lens for Canonet QL17 GIII. What will you want for the camera & shipping to zip 62095 in USA.

Thanks,
Ken H

Hi Ken,

I think I am letting it go, since I can't seem to fix it. E-mail me and we can work something out.
