The top speed (1/400) is running slow in a Minolta A2 I am restoring. Even after disassembling and cleaning the blades and escapement - and removing the escapement to be sure there is no drag, the top speed measures only about 1/200. Does this mean the main shutter spring is weak?

Hi.. I just bought and A2 also but it seems like the film advance lever is Locked.. am I doing something wrong? Thank You, Charles
