for some reason the aperture on my zeiss lens for the hasselblad 500c/m is stuck on fully open. im afraid its broken, does anyone know if it is or of i can fix it?

if you reckon it is broke, wheres the best place to get it fixed?

Oil on the blades could be sticking the iris open or it could be a broken/displaced operating spring. Did it happen suddenly? Have you tried pressing the depth of field preview button to get it to stop down?
