What I thought would be a simple repair is turning out to be surprisingly difficult. The battery test lamp won't illuminate in my Oly 35SP, but the switch and lamp are OK. The little circuit board that holds the test circuitry has a transistor on it. Could this part have failed?

Yes. Don't worry about it -the battery will last at least five or seven years, and the whole circuit is involved. I still have complete meter/circuits in stock- they very rarely fail, call me Australia (03) 5427 0453

I would like to obtain a replacement circuit for the 35SPn if you have one.
