If this topic double posts, forgive me. I posted one similar last night, but it never appeared (at least to me).

My OM10 recently developed a meter issue. The meter will not climb above 1/60. If I stop it down or cover the lens, it will drop, but even if I point it into direct light, it will not rise above 1/60. At first I thought it may have something to do with the manual adapter, but that led me nowhere. From time to time it will work correctly, but more not working is now the norm. It has a new battery, but I tested it anyway. It reads out at 2.96 v, so that is not the issue.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Michael

I don't have an OM10, so forgive me if this doesn't make sense.... but is it possible that the camera thinks that it has a flash attached and so is not permitting the shutter to go to a non-synch speed?
