I have a Nikon Mount Tamron Lens 70-210mm Zoom MF f/4-5.6 Lens + Nikon FM10, and during my last badpacking trip, it fell from a pedestal. Luckily the camera is fine but the lens does not function. Zoom and aperture is good, but the focus is stuck. I was wondering if its possible to open the lens and repair it? Any instruction manual on how to open and refit a lens would also be great

Hi I would be grateful if anyone could refer me to a reference on removing a K1000 focusing screen? I have a new screen and I have the top plate off. The next step looks more complicated.
