i have over wound my K 100 turret 16mm camera. what do i do?

Ouch. Unless someone has more specific experience, you might want to consult an old watch repair person, since overwinding watches was/is common for spring driven watches. I believe it involves opening the mechanism and relieving the jam. Sorry I can't be more help: I overwound my grandfather's Hamilton pocketwatch last year and am waiting for the budget to get it fixed. (I used a K-100 in '67-'68 -- good camera.)
