I don't have a manual so I may be missing something.

To rewind my film I push down on the rewind ring and rotate towards the "B" and it stays in this position.
This does not release the sprocketed roller. Tried several times with no luck.
Am I missing something ?

If not I assume I will have to remove the top - is there any odd traps to watch out for during removal ?

Thanks

Problem Solved - or my introduction to "commie cams".

Took the top off and removed the shutter button, shaft, etc. Someone had put a brass bushing type thingy in backwards. Everything else SEEMS OK.
